Product Description
HN-G520/D520 is a single slot grooving machine which is driven by a big cylinder. This machine has been widely applied in sample grooving
making & small amount gift box and case v-slot grooving.
The v-slots grooving is feeding one board at high precise aluminum plate, pressing the start switch, Big cylinder will driven the blade holder
(90 degree or 120&140 degree) grooving the board once. Worker takes the grooved cardboard out. One grooving cycle is finished. (HN-G520)
As to meet some gift box producer requirement to remove four corners automatically, we have added the die cutter to half die cut cardboard
corners. With it, we can die cut cardboard four corners before v-slots grooving, then after grooving, four corners will remove automatically,
which is easy for making rigid box sample. (HN-D520)
